The best mastectomy store in Vancouver the selection is amazing! The staff is so ?? The wigs are the best they talked me out of buying a human hair wig ( although they sell them) they saved me thousands of dollars! I love love my wig and this shop! Oh I also go the nicest chemo hats 2 in bamboo!!
my initial consoltation and fitting was more than satisfactory. two of the items I purchased were unfortunatly not available in store and were to be ordered for me, with an expected delivery of 2-3 weeks. Here I am 2 1/2 months later, no items, and no clear indication as to what a resolution might be. I should mention that my total bill was 700.00, and the items still not received is 310.00.
I had a wonderful experience in the shop. I had just had my mastectomy and was very new to prosthetics. They made me very comfortable and went above and beyond to help me maintain my self-esteem. I would recommend shopping there any time!
A complete run-around. Eight weeks later, and I have to chase the store for goods. Refused to refund my money when the goods did not come in. Finally took two almost fitting bras just to be done with the place. Also, they cost more than other stores. Just what one doesn't need when in the middle of cancer treatment.
